Zarina Odinaeva

The programs will also support countries in facilitating environment and private sector players to provide access to financial services for up/underbanked population that lives not only in urban, but also in remote rural areas through the introduction of innovative solutions and developing credit infrastructure for better access to credit for individuals and SMEs. The programs interact with key market players, including regulators and the private sector.

Before she joined the World Bank Group, Zarina worked in the consulting company as an accountant and tax specialist. She has extensive experience in financial management, planning budget, project management and has a deep understanding and practical skills on working with key banking operations including her solid experience as the Head of foreign exchange operations department at the commercial bank. Zarina graduated from the National University of Tajikistan, with master's degree in Economy and received MBA in 2016.

Vira Platonova
Vira Platonova is a Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager for Visa CISSEE. Platonova oversees all Visa operations in seventeen markets across Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Southeast Europe.

Vira Platonova is a highly experienced executive in the payment systems and retail banking sectors. Her seventeen-year career includes strategy development and implementation, business development and operational management. Prior to Visa, Vira was the General Manager for MasterCard's representative office in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Central Asia.

Previously Vira Platonova held senior positions in the Credit Europe Bank, being responsible for the organizations of bank's processing center and development of credit card business as a whole, and in the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine, working in the payment systems and retail business department.

Vira graduated with honors from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University with a Master's degree in international economic relations, specializing on international fiscal and credit relations. Sara Koslinska
Sara Koslinska is a serial entrepreneur with a B2B focus. She's been recognised by Forbes - 30under30 list and Global Startup Awards - Founder of the Year CEE. She also has been a speaker at a number of events including WEF in Davos, Money2020, Fintech Connect London.

Sara is experienced with Lean Startup methodology, idea validation and comparing business models. Since 2013 she has been involved with Fintech and BigData and since 2015 specifically with banking innovation. She is a co-founder and CEO of Limitless. Her recent tech venture uses AI to help people start and continue investing.

Nika has more than fifteen years of experience in the banking industry which includes five years at UniCredit Group in Austria, Turkey and Kazakhstan. Immediately before joining TBC Bank in 2014, Mr. Kurdiani was Managing Director at Kaspi Bank, a leading retail bank in Kazakhstan. Prior to obtaining his MBA degree in 2007, he served as Head of the Retail Banking Division of Bank Republic Georgia, Société Générale Group, and also held several positions at Bank of Georgia between 2003 and 2006.

He has expertise in post-acquisition integration and restructuring, as well as retail and SME banking. Between 2010 and 2013, he was Head of the Retail Division of ATF Bank, UniCredit Group in Kazakhstan.

Now she is the CEO at moneyveo, a Ukrainian online lending service. Here she rebuilt, automated and optimized the fintech business processes during last year.

In his position he will be in charge of payment systems and cash circulation areas. His mandate is to ensure the accomplishment of the central bank's mission through facilitating development and regulating payment and settlement systems, ensuring management of the cash circulation system, and engaging in implementation of the NBU's internal transformations.
Sergii Kholod takes office of Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine from 23 July 2018. The entire career of Sergii Kholod is connected with the Ukrainian banking system. He has 27 years of work experience in the banking area, including many years of management work as deputy head and member of the board in several Ukrainian banks (Swedbank, Tascombank, VTB Bank). Moreover, Sergii Kholod was in charge of IT development in INDEX BANK (Crédit Agricole Group) and Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine (since end-2006 – OTP Bank).
Also, in 1991 – 2002 he worked at the NBU and was one of the project managers who launched and developed e-mail and the telecommunication network for the NBU electronic payment system. He started his career in the banking system as an IT specialist at Prombudbank in 1991.
